Recipe #7... Oatmeal Smoothie? ... Full breakfast in a glass

Note: Fruit - good... oatmeal - good... yogurt - good... Oatmeal Smoothie is the delicious child born from the marriage of the following ingredients!  ...and it tastes a little better than Rachel's whipped cream, fruit and meat trifle (the first sentence was a throwback to Friends).


Oatmeal Smoothie
Add the following to your mixer of choice...
Makes two-ish
**I am not a nutritionist, and I guesstimate portions.

1/2 c Water + some extra to help it blend later
1/2 c Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Package Glutenfreeda Instant Oats Banana-Maple Flavor
1 Banana
Some spinach (a small handful)... you'll never notice it!
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Fresh Ginger (1 cube of Dorot Frozen-Fresh --- genius!)
3/4 c Frozen Fruit (Mix of blue/blackberries)
1 c Ice (big cubes usually 5 or 6)

Feel free to sub in coconut water, and regular oats if you don't mind the gluten!
