Recipe #15... The Hip Shakin' Elvis... A seriously groovey treat...

Note: Elvis might have been a little lost when it came to recreational activities and underarm fringe, but he got his sandwiches right - peanut butter and banana - gooey goodness.  With that mouth-watering inspiration in mind, give this "Tall Drink of Elvis" a try... it just might start your hips a shakin'...

If you're curious... here's a healthier spin on The King’s favorite sandwich..
Modifications: Baked, not fried and minus the bacon... I'll never tell if you add them back... wink...

2 Slices of whole wheat bread
2 Tbsp of smooth peanut butter (or Almond Butter for allergies)
1 Small ripe banana mashed
1 Tbsp Honey

Preheat Oven to 350 deg.
Spread the peanut butter and honey on one slice of bread and the mashed banana on the other. Press the slices gently together. Bake just until toast is browned and honey is a bit gooey!
