Recipe #6... Sweet-Blue Breakfast...

Note: Frozen fruits and veggies aren't cheating.  According to various magazine articles, that others have taken the time investigating thoroughly, fruits and veggies in their frozen incarnation often have more vitamins than fresh ones purchased out of season.  The reason is... they are typically frozen at their peak freshness, so all those vitamins are sealed in and not lost in transportation.

Sweet-Blue Breakfast
Add the following to your mixer of choice...
Makes two-ish
**I am not a nutritionist, and I guesstimate portions.

1/2 c Plain Coconut Water + some extra to help it blend later
1/2 c Plain Greek Yogurt
3 Dates (I used regular ol' deglate, feel free to sub)
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Fresh Ginger (1 cube of Dorot Frozen-Fresh --- genius!)
3/4 c Frozen Sweet Potatoes
3/4 c Frozen Fruit (Mix of peaches and blue/blackberries)
1 c Ice (big cubes usually 5 or 6)

Chilly, blue sweetness...
