Makes two-ish
**I am not a nutritionist, and I guesstimate portions.
1/2 c Plain Coconut Water + some extra to help it blend later
1/2 c Plain Greek Yogurt (though lemon would be good)
2 Sweet Oranges
A Giant's handful of spinach
1 Spoonful of Honey (Raw and Local helps counter allergies)
8ish Frozen Strawberries
1/2 c Frozen Pineapple
1 c Ice (big cubes, so it's usually only about 5 or 6)
Relax, a little green-ness never hurt anyone... ask Kermit!
